MCKEES ROCKS, PA. - 5 Generation Bakers has scored a 91 on the company’s annual Safe Quality Foods (SQF) audit.  

The SQF audit involves physical inspection of all aspects of company facilities, interviews with personnel, reviews of all pertinent food records such as best practices, standards and staff training, and a review of the plant grounds, incoming ingredients, outbound shipping and more.
