Walnut Creek, California-based Del Monte Foods rolled out its new line of Fruit Crunch Parfaits, a non-dairy product that includes a full serving of fruit along with creamy and crunchy granola layers.

The coconut crème-based parfaits come in four flavors — Mango, Strawberry, Blueberry and Pineapple Coconut.

"We envisioned Fruit Crunch Parfait as a reinvented classic that is ideal for the wellness-minded consumer striving towards balancing great taste, nutrition, and convenience," says Liam Farrell, Del Monte's vice president of brand marketing. "We're thrilled to expand our presence in the refrigerator aisle with a non-dairy — yet deliciously crave-worthy — product, something you can feel good about eating."

The parfaits include two billion probiotics and no artificial flavors or sweeteners. The coconut crème provides the flavor, texture and richness of yogurt.
