The Specialty Food Association is hosting a one-day intensive workshop aiming to connect industry leaders with one another.

Set for Sept. 24 in Philadelphia, “The Basics: The Business of Specialty Food,” brings a team of highly successful specialty food producers and leaders together to share their hard-earned expertise.

“You’ll learn from them and get the chance to ask them questions. This really could be the company-changing event of your career,” according to the association.
Sessions will focus on key topics like setting prices, working with buyers, understanding consumers, creating trade promotions, and much more.

Price is $99 for association members and $199 for nonmembers.
