At the International Baking Industry Exposition, taking place September 7-11 in Las Vegas, Corbion will display a broad selection of fresh ideas. The company will look to continue its IBIE tradition of showcasing innovations.

At IBIE 2019, Corbion will preview its latest innovation under the Pristine brand, which takes clean-label dough conditioning to new levels of performance. Since the last edition of IBIE, Corbion has introduced a number of offerings that help bakers respond to consumer demands. That includes the company’s Verdad MP 100 clean-label mold inhibitor, SweetPro emulsifier line, clean-label tortilla conditioning, and much more.

“There continues to be lots of room for innovation in baking – one of the most dynamic segments of the food industry – as we keep discovering new ways to excite consumer interest and loyalty,” says Abby Ceule, Senior Director, Bakery Industry at Corbion. “We work hard at Corbion to aim our R&D resources directly at innovation opportunities that clearly resonate with consumers and deliver significant, bottom-line benefits for our customers.”

Visitors to the Corbion booth will be able to sample a variety of bakery concepts that are possible through working with the company. In addition, Corbion experts will offer interactive talks on reducing food waste through enzyme-based bakery solutions and how labeling changes regarding sugar content may affect consumer perspectives and purchasing decisions in the sweet baked goods category.
