The Center for Produce Safety is hosting the 10th Annual CPS Research Symposium June 18-19 in Austin, Texas.

At the event, attendees will learn directly from CPS funded scientists about the latest in produce food safety research. Panel discussions with industry professionals from the entire produce supply chain will present new information and discuss science-based solutions to advance food safety plans.

The program begins with a review of the recent romaine outbreak and perspectives from industry leaders. The popular Lightning Rounds are returning with an even quicker format, and the Poster Session will return along with the Meet the Scientist program introduced last year.

Ag Water, Safety at the Field Level, and Packing and Processing will be among the other topics covered.
