Audrey St. Onge has been named president and CEO of Lallemand’s North American Bakers Yeast Business.

St. Onge, who succeeds Gary Edwards, was most recently senior vice president of operations for SK Foods Group. Before that, she worked for five years at Albertsons/Safeway as director of manufacturing. Before that she worked for Safeway in Canada. St. Onge has also served on the ABA board for three years.
