The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association will host two webinars in January.

The first, Cake Decorating: The Art of Texture, is set for 12 p.m. CT on Jan. 23. It will address market trends, texture techniques and textures for every skill set in the instore bakery. Tina Steichen, DecoDesign manager, and Sarah Duncan, creative director at DecoPac, will present.

The second webinar, Charcuterie Basics: Engaging Shoppers with Ideas for Entertaining, will take place at 12 p.m. CT on Jan. 30. Topics will include the origins of charcuterie, how to build a charcuterie board, striking the right balance of meats, cheeses, textures and flavors and how to use charcuterie as a growth engine in the instore deli. Evan Inada, customer marketing manager for Hormel Foods Deli Solutions, will present.
