A love story
For Angelika Kaprelian, a lifelong love of baking transformed into a passion for “unbaking.”
She abandoned her corporate job to launch LoveLove, a brand of raw, plant-based desserts and snacks. Featuring seeds, nuts and dates, plus adaptogens such as cordyceps and maca, the products are free of gluten, soy and refined sugar.
A fitness instructor in New Jersey, Ms. Kaprelian created her bites, cookies and clusters as an energizing pre- or post-workout treat.
“I don’t like eating bars,” she said.
