Isaac Wilde

Alto-Shaam, a global commercial foodservice equipment supplier, announced on Tuesday that it has hired Isaac Wild as sous chef at its corporate headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. 

Wilde joined Alto-Shaam in May as a culinary intern after spending several years in Milwaukee restaurants and receiving his culinary training at the Culinary Institute of America. He completed a culinary externship at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah.

In this new role, Wilde will assist corporate chefs with seminars, trade shows and other events.
