Schuman Cheese says the inspiration behind two new product lines, set to be unveiled at 2018 Summer Fancy Foods show on June 30, is an artisan approach to convenience.

Cello Quick Fix and Cello Cheese Flights, both of which come to market under the company's flagship brand, are convenience-packaged products marketed toward consumers who want to enjoy artisan cheeses.

Cello Quick Fix snack packs combine savory Schuman cheeses with slow-cured salami from Olli Salumeria and a simple artisan cracker. Pairings include Aromatic Asiago Cheese with Spicy Calabrese Salami; Creamy Fontina with Genoa Salami and Black Pepper Artisan Crackers; Sharp Cheddar with Soppressata Salami and Rosemary Artisan Crackers; and Spanish Manchego with Smoky Chorizo Salami.

Schuman's Cello Cheese Flights include high-end, quality cheese combinations that have been curated to offer a low-risk way for consumers to explore new flavors. The first-to-market flight features Cello Copper Kettle, the only U.S. Parmesan made using a traditional copper vat for a unique flavor, as well as two award-winning cheeses from the Yellow Door Creamery brand.

The Cello Cheese Flights will be offered in packs of 14 10-ounce tray.
