SAN FRANCISCO — Rise Baking Co. has added to its line of Crispy Bite products.

Irvine, California-based Rise showcased its new Brown Butter Sea Salt crispy bite, the fifth in the line, at the Specialty Food Association’s annual Winter Fancy Food Show Jan. 21-23.

The product ships to instore bakeries in sheets, where it is then cut and packaged, Carrie Miller, Rise’s sales and technical manager, said at the show. The company had previously done a brown butter cookie, and based on its success, decided to add a Crispy Bite, Miller said.
