The Cheese Importers Association of America has launched a new campaign to increase retailer and consumer awareness of imported cheese.

The Washington, D.C.-based association’s “I Love Imported Cheese!” campaign includes a new website for retailers and consumers,, and an integrated social media program.

In the summer and fall the association collected images, recipes and videos from members to help populate the site. It will still accept materials for the site, including non-branded product images, non-branded recipe images with recipes, non-branded recipe videos, cheesemaking images and videos, images and videos of farms and other information.

The Cheese Importers Association of America keeps members informed of ongoing developments affecting the dairy industry and maintains active contacts with government officials throughout the world.
