LloydPans is marking its first ever attendance at this year’s International Baking Industry Exposition by introducing a revolutionary new pan coating available on the company’s complete line of baking pans. The Silver-Kote™ coating is permanent, and unlike glazes, provides easy release for the life of the pan, and does not require re-coating.

Lloyd Pans’ Silver-Kote™ coating system is unique in the baking industry, and is applied to baking pans and sheets using a Type 2, or light coat anodizing process, that fuses a ceramic-like shell directly onto the pan. The permanent coating is toxin-free, pre-seasoned and provides for easier de-panning, cleaning and release when used in combination with standard release aids.

"We are happy to be launching our innovative Silver-Kote™ coating to the baking industry at this year’s International Baking Industry Exposition,” John Crow, LloydPans’ founder says. “In tests with bakeries, this permanent, non-toxic coating system outlasts glazes by as much as ten times, and allows bakeries to substantially reduce the amount of oil they use.”

LloydPans coating system is also environmentally friendly. The Silver-Kote™ coating is the only waterbased, solvent-free finish available in the baking industry. There are no chemicals to leach into foods, and no harmful toxins to release into the environment. Plus, all of the company’s pans are Made in the USA.

LloydPans will be exhibiting its Silver-Kote™ coating system and complete line of commercial baking pans at Booth #7750 at the International Baking Industry Exposition, held in Las Vegas from October 6-9, 2013.
