Whole Foods Market is adding a vegetarian sushi alternative to its instore prepared foods offerings.

Austin, Texas-based Whole Foods will begin selling tomato-based Ahimi, made by New York-based Ocean Hugger Foods, in its New York and Los Angeles stores in October. Ahimi contains tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and filtered water.

Ocean Hugger says Ahimi, which was formerly called Tomato Sushi, is the world’s first plant-based alternative to tuna. It has a savory, meaty taste and its appearance and texture are indistinguishable from raw tuna, according to the company.
