FAIRFIELD, NJ — Schuman Cheese plans to use the upcoming 2025 Specialty Food Association (SFA) Summer Fancy Food Show in New York as a showcase for the dip brand it launched earlier this year, Delve.
The premium cheese maker noted each Delve flavor features award-winning cheeses.
Growing demand for premium snacking, the company said, led to the creation of the Delve brand and its three debut flavors – Basil Pesto Parm, Garlic Herb Asiago and Whipped Feta.
"Delve was born from a simple belief: that joy, delight and pleasure lie at the heart of every snacking occasion," chief business development officer Allison Schuman said. "We're thrilled to continue placing a spotlight on this exceptional new innovation at the Summer Fancy Food Show, renowned for those looking to discover what's next."
The company shared that Delve varieties are made with all natural ingredients and such Schuman Cheese products as Cello Mascarpone, Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan, Cello Asiago and Dodoni Feta.
The 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show is set for June 29-July 1 at New York’s Javits Center.
