KINGSVILLE, ONT. — Red Sun Farms is breaking its donation record to Make-A-Wish Canada with a $10,240 donation for 2025.

The donation comes from Red Sun Farms employees themselves, who have an opportunity throughout the year to purchase fresh produce boxes for a small donation, the company said.

Red Sun Farms said 100% of the proceeds are donated, and the fundraiser helps promote wellness in the workplace.

“Our team continues to amaze me with their generosity and commitment,” said Jim DiMenna, president of Red Sun Farms. “Supporting Make-A-Wish Canada is deeply meaningful to all of us, and it’s inspiring to see how passionately our team rallies behind such an important cause.”

Red Sun Farms said the bar has been raised for 2026 to continue the company’s year-over-year growth in donations to Make-A-Wish.
