MADISON, WIS. — The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) is gearing up for its annual industry-exclusive event, IDDBA 2025, set to take place June 1-3 in New Orleans.

As the premier gathering for professionals in the dairy, deli, bakery and foodservice industries, the show offers opportunities to connect with buyers, explore cutting-edge trends and grow businesses.

With an expansive exhibition space covering more than 225,000 square feet at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, IDDBA 2025 is expected to attract more than 10,000 attendees from 28 countries. The show floor will be packed with 850 exhibitors, showcasing the latest products, services and innovations.

A key component of the event is What’s in Store Live, a fully immersive merchandising experience that brings to life the latest industry data, trends and best practices. Designed as a functioning store within the exhibition, this feature highlights emerging consumer preferences, and technological advancements in dairy, deli and bakery merchandising.

The event offers exhibitors the opportunity to connect with people from all segments of the food industry.

“We get to be in front of a large audience,” said Brian Hanna, Jr., sales manager at Scott Brothers Dairy. “They all come to us, and we don’t have to go everywhere — we’re all in a central location. What’s nice about it is that every year IDDBA goes to a different spot where you can reach more customers.”

The event also includes the Dairy, Deli, Bakery Buyers Mission, a strategic initiative conducted in partnership with Food Export-Midwest. This program provides pre-arranged, one-on-one meetings with pre-qualified buyers from around the world, helping companies generate new sales leads and establish global connections.

IDDBA president David Haaf will deliver a keynote speech, highlighting IDDBA’s commitment to industry collaboration, innovation and growing the next generation of leaders.

With representatives from approximately 1,500 companies, ranging from small independent businesses to global corporations, IDDBA 2025 serves as a hub for economic growth, education and professional dialogue. Leading dairy industry exhibitors such as the California Milk Advisory Board, Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin and the Illinois Department of Agriculture will be present, showcasing advancements in retail dairy and specialty cheese.

Beyond networking and exhibitions, IDDBA 2025 will feature a dynamic speaker lineup, including some of the biggest names in entertainment, sports and food:
