This May, General Mills Foodservice’s team of culinary experts, Chefs of the Mills, has identified recipes that are perfect for the brunch crowd, especially those who love biscuits. As part of its monthly menu trends watch, the company shares how foodservice operators can insert delicious biscuits into their brunch menus with three new takes on beloved classics.

“Spring has sprung, making it the perfect time to reimagine brunch classics with a creative twist,” says Chef Jessie Kordosky, who is part of the Chefs of the Mills team of culinary experts who created the recipes in May’s trend report. “Each of these recipes builds on the comfort and convenience of Pillsbury baked biscuits and is designed to help deliver elevated, low-labor brunch options that look great, taste even better and keep service running smoothly.”
