The Perfect Purée

The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley, in partnership with Döhler, introduces Tastecraft, a new line of freeze-dried fruits that offer the flavor, shape and nutritional value of just-picked fruit with the convenience of shelf stability. Tastecraft comes in seven flavors: dragon fruit crumble, strawberry slices, pineapple pieces, whole raspberries, lime slices, orange slices, and lemon slices. All flavors are vegan and produced with non-GMO fruit. All flavors, except raspberry, are kosher-certified.

Kraft Heinz Co.

Kraft Heinz Co. is adding three sauces inspired by global flavors. The sauces are available in three flavors: Mexican Inspired Street Corn, Korean Inspired Sweet & Tangy BBQ, and Thai Inspired Sweet Chili. The Mexican-inspired street corn is formulated with chipotle, lime and corn. The Korean-inspired sweet and tangy barbecue features gochujang, doenjang and soy sauce. The Thai-inspired sweet chili is formulated with ginger, sriracha and sesame oil.

Kevin’s Natural Foods

Kevin’s Natural Foods is debuting stir-fry kits. The kits are gluten-free, soy-free and are made without refined sugars, according to the company. The kits feature fully-cooked protein, a sauce and a vegetable component. Flavor variations include honey garlic chicken, Sichuan chicken and general Tso’s chicken. The kits offer up to 17 grams of protein per serving. The stir-fry kits can be purchased at Walmart, Target, Kroger and other retailers.

Wonderful Pistachios

Wonderful Pistachios celebrated World Pistachio Day with a new launch of No Shells Unsalted pistachios. The new sodium-free product has health-conscious snackers in mind and is also perfect for cooking and baking. Citing data from Circana, Wonderful said 36% of adults are actively trying to reduce sodium in their diets. The new variety is available in 6-ounce bags, and the launch is supported through social media and point-of-sale displays in retail stores.
