WAITSFIELD, VT. — The award-winning cheeses from New England-based Cabot Creamery are headed to the big leagues. The farmer-owned dairy cooperative revealed it is partnering with the Boston Red Sox as a sponsor and vendor.

As part of the Fenway Park concessions extension on Jersey Street, Cabot Creamery shared that it will sell a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches during Boston’s home games.

The menu includes:

  • Classic Gourmet Grilled Cheese, featuring both Cabot Pepper Jack and Vermont Sharp Cheddar on sourdough bread.
  • Pimento Grilled Cheese, combining Cabot Shredded Sharp Cheddar with Pimento Cheese Spread on sourdough bread.
  • Traditional Grilled Cheese made with Cabot American Cheese.

The dairy manufacturer said the grilled cheeses may be customized with ingredients such as tomato, bacon and pulled pork.

"As a farmer-owned cooperative, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do," Cabot Creamery director of brand experience Kelly Littlefield said. "This partnership is a true celebration of our New England heritage and the power of community. Our hardworking team is proud to share our delicious products with the home team.”
