General Mills Foodservice has announced its latest recipe collection from The Chefs of the Mills. “Menu Solutions Pizza Collection: All Trumps™ Dough Ball Edition” features more than 20 recipes designed to elevate menus and help operations serve high-quality pizza and pizza-inspired dishes with ease.
Hormel Gatherings
The Hormel Gatherings brand is turning up the heat with its latest innovation — the Bold and Spicy Tray. This new snack-tray combo offers bold, spicy flavors using Hormel’s high quality ingredients, including jalapeño pepperoni and spicy salami. Complementing the cuts of meat are round, crispy crackers, pepper jack cheese and mild cheddar, balancing out the heat with a smooth, creamy finish.
The Laughing Cow
The Laughing Cow has expanded its portfolio of spreadable, creamy cheese wedges, adding Creamy Smoked Gouda to the lineup. The new variety features a “smoky, rich profile,” and 2 grams of protein per wedge. The Laughing Cow said its formulators achieved an “ideal” and “bold” flavor by using a slow smoked cheese, aged 10 to 12 weeks.
TW Garner Food Company
TW Garner Food Company has launched a new hot sauce under its Texas Pete brand. Meeting demand for complex swicy flavors, Texas Pete’s new Sweet CHAbanero Sauce is a blend of aged red habanero peppers and its sweet CHA! Sriracha Sauce. The sauce is available in 20-ounce squeeze bottles and half-gallon jugs for foodservice.
