SAN FRANCISCO — DoorDash has made comedian Nate Bargatze the face of its 2025 Super Bowl commercial for DashPass, the platform’s membership program.

"When we first launched DashPass in 2018, our mission was clear: offer consumers a membership with unbeatable value and savings," said Kofi Amoo-Gottfried, CMO at DoorDash. "As we return to the Big Game for the fourth time, we're proud to say that mission remains unchanged as we bring even more value to members today. Our campaign spotlights how DashPass continues to be your all-access pass to more of what you love, helping you save on every eligible order."

According to DoorDash, the ad plays with the pop culture concept of “girl math,” which has become a trendy way for shoppers to justify their purchases by how much money they are saving.

In the ad, Bargatze uses “girl math” to calculate how much money he has saved by using DashPass.

"I'd already been using DoorDash a lot for a pretty long time," Bargatze said. "So when they reached out to me to do a spot for DashPass I didn't have to think about it much. I already believed in them as a company, sometimes more than once a day if you know what I mean."
